Social Media Management
Where you engage us to manage your social media presence, you authorise Tech2Software to connect to and act on behalf of the accounts you nominate (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, or Google Business Profile) to publish content, manage messages, and report analytics on your instruction. You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage those accounts, that the content you ask us to publish is lawful and does not infringe any third-party rights, and that your use of each platform complies with that platform's own terms. You may withdraw this authorisation at any time by disconnecting the account, and you remain responsible for the content published to your accounts.
3. Quotations & Project Scope
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are based on the requirements provided at the time of issue. Any change to the agreed scope after a project has begun may affect the cost and timeline, and will be confirmed in writing before being carried out.
4. Payments
Projects typically require an advance payment before work commences, with the balance payable according to the milestones set out in the quotation. Invoices are due within the period stated on them. We reserve the right to pause work on accounts that are overdue.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final, custom-developed deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Tech2Software retains all rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and code libraries. All content, branding, and materials on tech2software.com remain the property of Tech2Software.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information, required content, and timely feedback and approvals necessary to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect agreed delivery timelines.
7. Third-Party Services
Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting, APIs, plugins, and payment gateways. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of those third parties.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided on a professional-effort basis. Except as expressly stated in a project agreement, this website and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech2Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared during a project. We are happy to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement on request.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a project as set out in the applicable project agreement. Fees for all work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
