Using each platform's official API and only the permissions you explicitly grant, we may access: your account/page profile and identifiers; content you create or schedule through us (text, images, video) in order to publish it; comments, messages and mentions on your connected accounts so you can read and reply to them in one place; and aggregate insights (such as reach, likes, comments and follower counts) to display analytics. We do not access data beyond the scopes you approve.

How we use it

This data is used only to publish and schedule the posts you compose, to surface your inbox for replies, and to show your performance analytics inside our admin. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties.

Storage & security

Access and refresh tokens issued by the platforms are encrypted at rest and are never displayed or written to logs. We retain only the content and metrics required for the features above.

Retention & deletion

Connected-account data is kept only while the account remains connected.
