The Challenge
The client was running several restaurant branches with manual paper-based KOT and billing. Order errors were causing waste, table turns were slow, and there was no way to track inventory or staff performance across locations.
Our Solution
We built a cloud-based restaurant management platform with real-time kitchen display, digital KOT, table reservation management, multi-branch inventory control, and an Android app for waiter order entry. The system integrates with a thermal printer for receipts.
