The Challenge
The clinic was managing 200+ daily appointments via phone and paper registers. Lost records, double bookings, and no follow-up system meant 30% patient drop-off. Doctors had no access to digital patient history.
Our Solution
We built a HIPAA-aware patient portal with role-based access for patients, doctors, and staff. Features include online appointment booking, digital prescriptions, lab report uploads to AWS S3, automated SMS reminders via Twilio, and a doctor-patient chat module.
