The client wanted to connect 50+ local grocery vendors on a single platform but existing solutions were too expensive. They needed vendor onboarding, product management per vendor, and a loyalty system to encourage repeat orders.
A full marketplace with separate vendor and customer apps. Vendors manage inventory and prices independently. Customers earn points on each order. Real-time order tracking via Socket.io, UPI + card payments through Razorpay, and a web admin for platform management.
