Live Delivery Tracking App
A real-time GPS delivery tracking Flutter app for a Patna-based logistics company, with customer, delivery-agent and admin apps.

The Challenge
The client had a large delivery fleet with no visibility into live delivery status. Customers had no tracking and called support constantly, and undelivered packages drove up refunds.
Our Solution
We built a three-sided Flutter app — customer app, delivery agent app, and a web admin panel. Live GPS tracking updates every 10 seconds, automated WhatsApp/SMS notifications at each delivery stage, proof-of-delivery photo capture, and a driver performance dashboard.
