The Challenge
A multi-branch retail chain was doing physical stock counts by hand, taking days per branch and causing costly inventory discrepancies. There was no real-time visibility into stock levels or movement across branches.
Our Solution
We deployed a web-based barcode management system with Zebra USB scanner integration, bulk barcode label generation, real-time multi-branch inventory dashboard, low-stock alerts via SMS, and inter-branch stock transfer tracking. Staff training included.
